PRGN Best Practice Awards
Celebrating Global PR Excellence. Exclusively for PRGN Member Agencies
2026 PRGN Best Practice Awards will be back on October 22nd, 2026 in New York, USA
The PRGN Best Practice Awards are an annual programme recognising outstanding work from independent PR agencies across the global PRGN network. Member agencies from Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa submit their strongest campaigns for peer review.
Entries span the full breadth of modern communications, from media relations and corporate PR to digital, ESG and integrated campaigns. Each submission is judged by fellow PRGN agencies, with gold, silver and bronze awards presented to the top work in each category. Winners are announced at the network’s annual meeting in October.
Beyond recognition, the awards create a shared standard of excellence across the network. They showcase what best-in-class PR looks like in different markets, while giving agencies a clear benchmark for their own work and a platform to demonstrate quality to clients worldwide.

Benefits for agencies
The PRGN Best Practice Awards are just one benefit of belonging to the network.
PRGN member agencies collaborate globally and offer clients top-tier communications strategies, from public relations to digital marketing, across every major market. If your agency values peer learning, global reach and professional recognition, we invite you to learn more.
Visibility Opportunities
Winning a PRGN Best Practice Award puts your agency in front of the most relevant audience in the network: fellow owners, partners and senior leaders of independent PR firms around the world.
Recognition happens in several ways:
- Live announcement at the annual gala. Winners receive their trophies during a celebratory dinner at the October member meeting and conference. It is a moment of genuine peer acclaim.
- Publication on the PRGN website. Award winners are featured on the network's website, giving agencies lasting and public proof of their excellence. This is valuable for client-facing conversations and new business efforts.
- Standing among a truly global peer group. PRGN member agencies are independent, owner-operated PR and marketing communications firms that work together across a wide array of industries. Winning an award in this context signals that your work meets a high standard - not just locally, but internationally.
- A signal to prospective members and clients. For agencies exploring PRGN membership and client companies seeking communications partners, the awards page offers a clear window into the quality and range of work being done across the network. It demonstrates that PRGN membership comes with real and tangible professional benefits and PRGN member agencies are true leaders in their fields and markets.
The awards turn strong work into visible accomplishment. They give member agencies a credible platform to showcase what they do, alongside leading firms from every corner of the world.
Knowledge Exchange Opportunities
The PRGN Best Practice Awards produce something far more lasting than trophies. Every year, roughly 150 detailed case studies flow into the network. That body of work creates a living knowledge base that grows richer with each cycle.
Here is what that means in practice for member agencies:
- See what peers are doing worldwide. Entries come from agencies across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Members gain direct insight into how firms in other markets solve communications challenges.
- Benchmark your work against global standards. The awards cover the full spectrum of PR and communications services. Agencies can compare their campaigns against peers in areas like financial communications, employer branding, community relations and product launches.
- Discover new approaches to familiar problems. A crisis management case from Dublin may spark a fresh idea for an agency in São Paulo. An influencer campaign from Kuala Lumpur might reshape how a firm in Nashville thinks about Gen-Z outreach. The awards break down silos between regions and specialties.
- Learn from the top performers. The agencies that win gold, silver and bronze represent the network's strongest strategic and creative thinking. In 2025, top-performing agencies included firms in Istanbul, Tallahassee, Little Rock, Vilnius, Hamburg, Kuala Lumpur, Nashville and New York City. Their work sets the bar for what's possible.
- Build institutional knowledge within your own agency. The submission process itself sharpens thinking. Writing up a case study forces teams to reflect on goals, strategy, execution and results. It is a built-in professional development exercise.
For agencies that value continuous improvement, the awards program offers a structured and recurring opportunity to grow.
