Kim leads and manages the firm’s operations. She started with LCWA when the firm was four years old and has been instrumental in the success of the business. Her dedication to client service and her high standards of delivering effective, results-oriented programming have been the foundation of the culture at LCWA. She is involved in the strategic and creative directions of all of our clients’ programs and campaigns. Executive Vice President

Shannon manages the strategic and day-to-day operations for consumer and business-to-business accounts in a variety of industries.
