En consecuencia, las estrategias econ\u00f3micas atraviesan tambi\u00e9n un cambio de fondo: escasean ciertos perfiles, cambian las competencias que se demandan y la inteligencia artificial (IA) acelera una nueva forma de competir. Por ello, si quieren seguir el ritmo, los l\u00edderes necesitan replantear su forma de reclutar, formar y hacer crecer a sus equipos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Horizons 2025: por qu\u00e9 hace falta un liderazgo audaz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Recientemente nos hemos sumado a l\u00edderes de todo el mundo en la conferencia Horizons 2025 de Jobs for the Future, celebrada en Nueva Orleans. El mensaje fue n\u00edtido: los modelos tradicionales ya no bastan. Para liderar en esta nueva era, los directivos deben:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Reconocer qu\u00e9 no funciona y tener el valor de cambiarlo.<\/strong> Un liderazgo audaz exige revisar con esp\u00edritu cr\u00edtico los modelos de trabajo y volver a imaginarlos para lograr mayor impacto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Encontrar el lugar de las personas y construir hacia lo que aspiran<\/strong>: una vida mejor, m\u00e1s oportunidades y un aut\u00e9ntico sentimiento de pertenencia. El futuro del trabajo no va solo de productividad, sino de prop\u00f3sito; se trata de capacitar a las personas para que prosperen y contribuyan de manera significativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Abrazar la transformaci\u00f3n, en especial la de la IA.<\/strong> En lugar de temer la disrupci\u00f3n, los ejecutivos con visi\u00f3n deben dise\u00f1ar sistemas que est\u00e9n al servicio de las personas \u2014y no al rev\u00e9s\u2014. La IA ofrece un enorme potencial para mejorar la captaci\u00f3n de talento, la formaci\u00f3n y la eficiencia, pero su \u00e9xito depende de una implementaci\u00f3n centrada en el ser humano.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Liderar el futuro: qu\u00e9 hacer a partir de hoy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los equipos directivos han de apostar por la agilidad organizativa, por estrategias apoyadas en la IA y por decisiones valientes para seguir siendo competitivos. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas que inviertan en volver a cualificar y actualizar competencias con apoyo de la IA y que, a su vez, ampl\u00eden las oportunidades para el talento y adopten modelos de negocio adaptativos ser\u00e1n las que prosperen en la econom\u00eda que viene. La clave es una mentalidad emprendedora, capaz de cuestionar sistemas obsoletos y de abrazar la transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, el futuro pertenece a los l\u00edderes que desaf\u00edan las convenciones, reciben la transformaci\u00f3n con proactividad y ponen a las personas en el centro de la estrategia.
