La proliferaci\u00f3n de noticias falsas, las c\u00e1maras de eco ideol\u00f3gicas y la fatiga institucional han convertido la comunicaci\u00f3n en algo m\u00e1s que un recurso t\u00e1ctico: hoy es un pilar fundamental de la gobernanza democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>En el centro de esta transformaci\u00f3n se encuentra un cambio: la comunicaci\u00f3n no es solo una funci\u00f3n de apoyo a la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Es un componente esencial. La comunicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica puede generar consenso, legitimar decisiones y ayudar a gestionar la complejidad social de formas que los enfoques tradicionales, verticales y jer\u00e1rquicos, no logran afrontar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De la transmisi\u00f3n de mensajes a la influencia p\u00fablica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son varios los casos reales que muestran el impacto de la comunicaci\u00f3n cuando se convierte en parte de las estrategias p\u00fablicas e institucionales. En Argentina, por ejemplo, el podcast diario <em>La Estrategia del D\u00eda<\/em>, de Bloomberg L\u00ednea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberglinea.com\/latinoamerica\/argentina\/dolar-se-desploma-superavits-gemelos-y-millonaria-operacion-de-vista-en-vaca-muerta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, se convirti\u00f3 en una fuente clave de informaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica para profesionales, empresarios e inversores. Al ofrecer un resumen de cinco minutos sobre los principales eventos financieros del d\u00eda, con un lenguaje claro y fuentes fiables, se posicion\u00f3 como un actor con credibilidad en un pa\u00eds a menudo dominado por rumores y especulaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Su \u00e9xito no es casual. El podcast se apoya en formatos accesibles, un tono coherente y contenido dirigido por expertos. Lejos de ser un producto de marketing, se ha afianzado como una voz influyente en el panorama financiero de Argentina, lo que demuestra que la comunicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, cuando se ejecuta con credibilidad e intenci\u00f3n, puede dar forma al discurso p\u00fablico y generar confianza a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Otro ejemplo reciente y especialmente relevante es la cobertura realizada por <strong>OLGA<\/strong>, uno de los canales de streaming m\u00e1s vistos de Argentina, durante las elecciones presidenciales de octubre de 2023. Con personalidades como Migue Granados, Nati Jota y Eial Moldavsky, el programa ofreci\u00f3 una retransmisi\u00f3n en directo de seis horas que combin\u00f3 an\u00e1lisis pol\u00edtico, entrevistas y debates en un formato accesible y plural. Participaron periodistas y referentes de distintos espacios ideol\u00f3gicos y de medios tradicionales, as\u00ed como de nuevos canales \u2014entre ellos Eduardo Feinmann, Luciana Geuna, Luis Novaresio y Pedro Rosemblat\u2014 en una mesa de debate diversa y con altura sobre los resultados electorales, el contexto social y los desaf\u00edos institucionales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El especial alcanz\u00f3 un pico de 78.000 espectadores simult\u00e1neos y acumul\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 590.000 visualizaciones en YouTube, demostrando que es posible generar conversaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de calidad en formatos no tradicionales, con alcance masivo y sin perder rigor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infobae.com\/inhouse\/2023\/10\/24\/el-streaming-de-olga-para-las-elecciones-alcanzo-los-78-mil-espectadores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[2]<\/a>. En un entorno saturado por la polarizaci\u00f3n, OLGA consigui\u00f3 crear una esfera p\u00fablica transversal que refuerza la idea de que la comunicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica tambi\u00e9n puede surgir desde el \u00e1mbito privado para cumplir una funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica: informar, conectar y construir confianza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tica y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en la comunicaci\u00f3n institucional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A medida que la comunicaci\u00f3n gana peso estrat\u00e9gico, su dimensi\u00f3n \u00e9tica se vuelve ineludible. La transparencia, la veracidad y el respeto a las distintas audiencias son requisitos y no valores opcionales.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes asesoran a l\u00edderes p\u00fablicos y privados deben regirse con los mismos est\u00e1ndares que se exigen a quienes toman las decisiones. Aquellas t\u00e1cticas manipuladoras y narrativas cortoplacistas erosionan la credibilidad y da\u00f1an la legitimidad democr\u00e1tica. Por el contrario, las voces institucionales que se expresan con coherencia y honestidad act\u00faan como factores de estabilidad en tiempos de incertidumbre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las agencias como aliadas del inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este papel ampliado tambi\u00e9n redefine la funci\u00f3n de las agencias de comunicaci\u00f3n. Nuestro valor no reside \u00fanicamente en la producci\u00f3n de materiales o la gesti\u00f3n de crisis reputacionales, sino en actuar como socios de pensamiento. Las agencias aportamos una perspectiva externa, claridad en el enfoque y la capacidad de traducir problemas complejos en narrativas comprensibles y centradas en las personas.<\/p>\n<p>Al hacerlo, nos convertimos en aliadas de la ciudadan\u00eda. Esto implica cuestionar ideas preconcebidas, hacer preguntas inc\u00f3modas y colaborar con las instituciones para promover el di\u00e1logo frente al ruido, y la escucha sobre la reacci\u00f3n impulsiva.<\/p>\n<p>En el contexto actual, la comunicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica no es un lujo, sino una necesidad esencial.
