Los principales ejecutivos necesitan proyectar un liderazgo visible, coherente y con prop\u00f3sito. Porque un CEO bien posicionado no solo refuerza la reputaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y genera confianza, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>tiene un impacto directo en el negocio<\/strong>, al contribuir a la atracci\u00f3n de talento, oportunidades comerciales, alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas y un mayor respaldo por parte de los grupos de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Contemplarlo desde el punto de vista contrario ayuda todav\u00eda m\u00e1s a ponerlo en valor. Un CEO sin presencia p\u00fablica ni relato propio deja un vac\u00edo que acaba siendo llenado por las percepciones ajenas. En este contexto, los riesgos son considerables: desconocimiento que genera desconfianza, un liderazgo interno debilitado y una influencia limitada, lo que dificulta alinear su figura con la narrativa de la marca, impulsar la cultura interna y consolidarse como un referente dentro del ecosistema empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, conviene impulsar el posicionamiento p\u00fablico del CEO para elevarlo como voz referente del sector. Y, en ese sentido, la l\u00ednea de trabajo pasa por hacer una gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la imagen p\u00fablica, identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de posicionamiento, desarrollar contenidos relevantes en tribunas y perfiles propios y, en definitiva, realizar un acompa\u00f1amiento continuo.<\/p>\n<p>Por parte de las agencias, no basta con quedarse en un an\u00e1lisis de la actividad y posicionamiento online y en una comparaci\u00f3n con la competencia directa para realizar recomendaciones estrat\u00e9gicas que eleven el posicionamiento. Detr\u00e1s debe existir toda una estrategia.<\/p>\n<h4>Partes de un plan de <em>CEO Positioning<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Los planes de <em>CEO Positioning<\/em> dibujan una metodolog\u00eda definida, que tiene como punto de partida el <strong>dise\u00f1o y la elaboraci\u00f3n de un relato personal<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se propone la gesti\u00f3n de reuniones con l\u00edderes empresariales, autoridades y referentes del sector para fortalecer el perfil del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el liderazgo del CEO debe proyectarse tambi\u00e9n hacia el interior de la organizaci\u00f3n. En este sentido, resulta igualmente relevante contar con un <strong>plan personal de comunicaci\u00f3n interna<\/strong> que est\u00e9 alineado con el relato definido.<\/p>\n<p>El quinto punto consiste en contar con un buen <strong>plan de presencia online<\/strong>, que implica realizar una revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva, dise\u00f1ar un plan editorial de contenidos y crear y gestionar las publicaciones incluidas en dicho plan. En paralelo, se prepara un <strong>plan de presencia en medios<\/strong>, que debe contemplar la selecci\u00f3n de \u00e1ngulos noticiables y el impulso y la gesti\u00f3n de art\u00edculos e impactos cualitativos.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, un plan de <em>CEO Positioning<\/em> bien estructurado y ejecutado es una inversi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la visibilidad personal. Es una herramienta clave para fortalecer la reputaci\u00f3n corporativa, alinear el liderazgo con la visi\u00f3n y los valores de la empresa y generar un impacto significativo en el negocio y tanto dentro como fuera de la organizaci\u00f3n.
