Seasoned Public Diplomacy Leader to Drive Network Expansion in Europe, Middle East, and Africa<\/h2>\n

BRUSSELS and NEW YORK \u2013 The Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) has appointed Marisa Toro<\/strong><\/a>, co-founder and partner of Marlow Insight<\/a>, as the new regional vice president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Toro succeeds Christina Rytter<\/strong>, managing director of Scandinavian Communications<\/a>, who has served since November 2023.<\/p>\n

In her new capacity, Toro will enhance PRGN\u2019s footprint across the EMEA region, focusing on business development and the recruitment of new members. This strategic move underscores PRGN\u2019s commitment to bolstering its leadership and fostering collaboration throughout its global network.<\/p>\n

Toro\u2019s extensive background in communications and public affairs positions her well for this role. She holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, has taken specialized courses in reputation and crisis management and is currently a member of the Leadership Hub of the Instituto de Empresa (IE). Her career highlights include leading communications at Spanish publishing company Espasa Calpe of Grupo Planeta, advising multinational companies from global communications consulting firms and directing communication and public affairs for Google in Southern Europe.<\/p>\n
