The appointments were announced at PRGN\u2019s bi-annual Spring member conference, held in Hong Kong on May 24-25.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Natacha Clarac<\/strong>, general director of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/athenora-consulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Athenora Consulting<\/a> in Brussels, Belgium, will lead PRGN, the <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/pr-agencies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">worldwide network of 54 independently owned firms<\/a>, as President for the next 16 months until October 2025. Worldwide, we touch hearts and minds and help our clients achieve the influence they need, to be heard and to participate in shaping opinions at many levels,\u201d said Natacha Clarac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Other officers elected by PRGN members for 2024-2025 include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>President-Elect <strong>David Wills<\/strong>, Senior Vice President of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/media-profile-inc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Media Profile<\/a> in Toronto, Canada;<\/li>\n<li>Secretary <strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Fran\u00e7ois<\/strong>, Managing Partner of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/two-cents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">two cents<\/a> in Brussels, Belgium, who is serving a second term; and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brad Kostka<\/strong>, President of <a href=\"https:\/\/roopco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Roopco<\/a> in Cleveland, Ohio, remains Treasurer of PRGN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next to the presidential transition, several leadership positions have been renewed with new committee chairs appointed who will also serve as members of the PRGN Executive Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bill Southard<\/strong>, President and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/southard-communications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Southard Communications<\/a> in New York, replaces <strong>Leeza L. Hoyt<\/strong>, President of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/hoyt-organization-tho\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hoyt Organization<\/a> in Los Angeles, California, as chair of PRGN\u2019s Marketing Committee. Leeza led the committee in the past six years.<\/p>\n<p>The Membership Committee will be chaired by <strong>Chuck Norman<\/strong>, Principal of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/sa-communications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S&amp;A Communications<\/a> in Raleigh Durham in North Carolina, replacing David Wills, who held the position for more than five years and now begins serving as President-Elect of PRGN.<\/p>\n<p>PRGN\u2019s Knowledge Committee will be led by <strong>Nick Leighton<\/strong>, Owner and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/prgn.cullencommunications.ie\/es_es\/agency\/nettresults-middle-east\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NettResults Middle East<\/a>, PRGN\u2019s member agency in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
