The event, which in previous years has been held at rotating locations across continents, is being run this year on a virtual events platform due to the global Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The three-day event kicks off with a keynote speech by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futuristgerd.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>futurist Gerd Leonhard<\/strong><\/a> on May 5 about what transformations the next 10 years will bring for humanity and how communications and public relations professionals can embrace the changes successfully. The keynote speech and Q&amp;A is followed by a knowledge exchange session on agency acquisitions and sales led by member agency principals sharing their first-hand experience.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Members will be updated <strong>on the status of the network and strategic plans of PRGN, stepping into a 30-year anniversary in 2022<\/strong>. The latest new members admitted to the network will also make a debut and introduction to the full membership.<\/p>\n<p>The three-day conference will end on May 7 with an <strong>agency knowledge exchange session<\/strong> on managing social media crisis; hiring, onboarding and motivating employees remotely and building new business streams successfully in uncertain times. The last moment of the event will be a <strong>presidential handover<\/strong> according to PRGN\u2019s custom of rotating presidency, a post held by an esteemed network member and agency principal for 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>PRGN partners meet twice a year to share knowledge and develop global business.
