PRGN recently added new criteria to its by-laws that allows\nexisting members to acquire new licenses for secondary markets where a member\nmay be doing business and representing clients. As a result, PRGN is adding two\nnew offices to its network \u2013 in Atlanta, Georgia (U.S.) and New Delhi, India. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Atlanta location is an office of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecastlegrp.com\/\">The Castle Group<\/a>, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts\n(U.S.).
