Hoy los clientes y usuarios exigen saberlo todo y en tiempo real. Lo mismo pasa con las personas: un ejecutivo podr\u00eda sostener una reuni\u00f3n con un pol\u00edtico y, aunque sea privada y en su casa, podr\u00eda filtrarse a las pocas horas.<\/p>\n<p>El alcance de la prensa y las redes sociales ya parece haberlo absorbido todo. \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos queda? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos defendernos? \u00bfEs el fin del lobby como actividad y de los medios impresos como forma de informarse? La regulaci\u00f3n y la transparencia en la informaci\u00f3n parecen ser la clave para prevenir situaciones riesgosas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero para que el mix sea el adecuado habr\u00eda que sumarle una cuota de manejo de riesgos comunicacionales con aspectos fundamentales en cualquier prevenci\u00f3n de crisis. Por ejemplo, mantener una adecuada relaci\u00f3n con los periodistas que cubren el sector de su empresa, provey\u00e9ndoles datos y an\u00e1lisis permanentes, accesibilidad a llamados y dudas, podr\u00eda ser una buena manera de armar una relaci\u00f3n con la prensa.<\/p>\n<p>No siempre opinar en on sobre su empresa o conflicto es la \u00fanica forma de generar estos lazos, ni siempre es un riesgo hablar con los periodistas.<\/p>\n<p>Se debe tomar en cuenta esta nueva forma de comunicar del periodismo donde ya nada parece ser privado. El paso a lo p\u00fablico es fundamental, y por eso la negaci\u00f3n de una situaci\u00f3n es imposible.<\/p>\n<p>Otro elemento importante es la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n.
