Matteo, an entrepreneur since 1991, founded the communication agency MaxiMarketing that year and the event organization agency Work in Progress in 1994. He later led both to merge with Sound PR, started by Alessandra Malvermi, with the merged entity retaining the Sound PR name. With vast experience in guiding clients in technology and Industry 4.0 sectors, Matteo is now CEO of the agency. Alessandra Malvermi

Managing Partner

With extensive experience in addressing brands' reputations across various industries and markets, Alessandra has guided numerous national and global corporations through complex communication landscapes. Before founding her own agency in 2001, which quickly merged with a leading Milan-based firm, Alessandra honed her skills at top PR agencies, collaborating closely with high-growth company CEOs and communications teams. Her passion for innovation and trends, coupled with her knack for international relations, led her to serve as New Members Chair on the Executive Committee of the Public Relations Global Network. Additionally, she is an active member of UNA, the collaborative platform that unites public relations and communication agencies across Italy. Alessandra's industry influence extends to roles such as co-founder and Vice President of the Italian chapter of Global Women in PR, Jury Member for the IMCC European Awards and External Lecturer at Poli.design (Politecnico di Milano).
